Questions
What fees does Grailed charge sellers?
A commission on the sale price and a payment processing fee. The commission is 9% on sales of $120 or more, and 6% (at least $1.99) on sales under $120, a reduced rate that applies to sales on or after May 20, 2026. Payment processing for US sellers onboarded with Stripe is 3.49% + $0.49 on US payments.
Does Grailed charge commission on shipping?
It depends on the label. The sale price used for the commission is the listing price plus shipping charged to the buyer if you don't use a Grailed Label. With a Grailed Label, it's the listing price only.
What are Grailed's payment processing fees?
Onboarded with Stripe: 3.49% + $0.49 for US payments, 4.99% + $0.49 for international payments. In a Stripe-supported country but not onboarded: 3.49% + $0.99 US, 5.49% + $0.99 international. Grailed doesn't say exactly which amount the percentage is charged on; this calculator applies it to the item price plus shipping.
Why does a $119 sale sometimes beat a $120 sale?
Because the rate jumps from 6% to 9% at $120. On $119 the commission is $7.14; on $120 it's $10.80. Use the break-even and target-price tools before you set a price close to $120.
