| Shipping | Buyer pays a flat $6.49 Posh Post label (up to 5 lbs), so shipping isn't part of your sale or the fee. Overweight postage is paid by the seller. | You set the shipping, the buyer pays it to you and the final value fee is charged on it. With free domestic shipping, there's no fee on shipping, but you pay the label. |
| Category rates | The same rule for every sale. | Some categories differ, for example women's bags and handbags 15% up to $2,000, books 15.3% and athletic shoes of $150 or more 8%. Pick yours in More options. |
| Getting paid | Withdrawing your earnings is free, by direct deposit or check. Payment is released when the buyer accepts the order; if no return case is opened within 3 days of delivery, Poshmark releases it anyway. | Proceeds are usually available for payout 1–2 days after the buyer's payment is confirmed, and your bank typically takes another 1–3 business days. eBay lists a $2.00 fee for express payouts; it doesn't list a fee for standard payouts. From November 4, 2026, eBay is gradually moving eligible US sellers to an eBay balance with payouts on demand by default. |
| Refunds and cancellations | Buyers can cancel within 3 hours of purchase. If Poshmark cancels an order over authenticity or a prohibited item, the buyer gets a full refund and the seller gets no earnings from that order. Returns only for undisclosed damage, a wrong or missing item, an item not as described or not authentic, or an order never shipped or received, opened within 3 days of delivery; fit or a change of mind doesn't qualify. | If you refund the buyer or cancel the sale, you may get the fees back under eBay's fee credits policy. |
